Replacement Part Needed

To Whom it May Concern,

I received a limited edition James Jean Bracelet approximately two weeks ago, and I have been extremely satisfied with it. Not only is it stylish and conversation-starting, it accentuates the wondrous curves of my elegant, feminine wrist. However, I have noticed that it is highly prone to wear, and as a result, it is dangerously close to coming apart.

I spoke to your customer service representative (I forget her name, but she reminded me of one of those yappy hyperactive dogs that always seems to be getting ready to do a backflip). She informed me that there is a temporary fix in case of emergency : apparently it can be "retied" or something to that effect. However, given my loyalty as a customer and my desire to continue wearing your quality merchandise, I would like to request a replacement. I am not sure how much longer the current piece will last, but I can feel it straining as I type this letter.

Thanks for all of your help, and please continue your outstanding craftmanship.

Yours Sincerely,
VM

PS - Are you currently offering/designing formal bracelets? Although I am a fan of the James line, sometimes I feel that it clashes with my more formal outfits.
